Service Performed Under a Guarantee
Guarantee related service is performed in accordance with original Dura-Foam Roofing & Solar Center agreements. Covered work resulting from defects in workmanship or materials during the term of the Guarantee will be repaired at no charge. Deploying a technician requires pre-approval for issues not covered by a guarantee (see Service Rates below).
Service Not Covered by a Guarantee
Service Rates apply to work not covered by a guarantee. All service is provided on a best-efforts time-plus-material basis with no guarantee of its own.
Service Rates
Dura-Foam Roofing & Solar Center technicians are deployed on a Time + Material basis. A $250 travel and set-up charge applies to all service requests not covered by a guarantee. This base charge includes travel time and up to 30 minutes of service. Additional charges apply to materials and added time at $30 per quarter man-hour.
Terms of Payment
Payment by check or credit card is due upon completion of each service site visit.
