A solid referral network in Redwood City and its close proximity to our central office explain the high density of Dura-Foam projects in this area. Redwood City projects include both residential and commercial flat roof and low slope roof structures of all styles. Re-roof projects have included replacement of tar & gravel, single ply, cap sheet, composition, metal roofing, and torch-down. Our foam roof systems consist of closed cell polyurethane spray foam insulation topped with Cool Roof coatings. The spray foam insulation is a thick waterproofing layer (+/- 1.5″) that never absorbs water because its is closed cell. This two component material is seamlessly applied to the roof surface with special equipment to form a single monolithic waterproofing with custom contoured thickness to improve drainage. Walking or working on foam roofing is not a problem because the surface is hard and durable. Solar Center will install solar panels before OR after roof completion. Our in-house solar installation team installs panel supports and seals them permanently to existing foam roof systems. All of our solar power installations are guaranteed to generate clean solar energy with no roof leaks.
